Return & Exchange Policy

At Kaliyug, every product is made to order with care. We want you to love what you wear.

We accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

• The item received is defective or damaged
• The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or colour)

To raise a return/exchange request:

• Contact us at hitarthtripathi8@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
• Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
• We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before ordering)

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items only
• Replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after verification

Shipping:

• Return shipping for defective/incorrect items is covered by us
• We do not offer cash refunds — store credit or exchange only
